If you ordered online at myonecondoms.com and received product that is damaged during shipping, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ship you a replacement.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at email@example.com within 30 days of receipt of your order. If your sample kit did not include sizes that were a perfect fit, contact us and we’ll send a sample kit of another size based on your experience. Because we offer sample kits to help people confirm their size before they buy, we do not refund orders of 12-packs or 24-packs if they were not the proper fit. However, we’ll send a free sample kit so you can do more testing before you buy.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a return to sender is issued, the customer will incur the shipping costs to re-ship the order. MyONE® is not responsible for replacing an order or paying to re-ship for orders sent to an incorrect address.
